National Oil Corporation of Kenya Land Lease Tender

National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil) hereby invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible candidates for the following listed tenders.

NOCK/PRC/03(1426)2018-2019 Expression of Interest (EOI) for Lease of National Oil Corporation Land to Interested Investors for Construction of Petro Service Stations under NOC’s Brand-(re-advertisement)-Open National

Closing Date & Time: 3rd January 2019 at 1000hrs

Interested bidders may obtain a complete set of tender documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00 per each tender. This payment should be made in the Corporation’s account specified in the tender document. Bids submitted shall be valid for 150 days on submission. Bidders are required to provide the following statutory registration documents for all tenders among others i.e. Copies of PIN, VAT Reg., Cert. of Incorporation/Reg., valid tax clearance certificate and audited accounts for the past three years.

Tenders in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant “Tender Name and Reference Number with the instructions “Do not open before the closing date & time” (relevant for each tender), should be addressed to:-

Tenders shall be opened in the Meeting Room situated on Ground Floor immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders who may wish to witness the opening.
