Kenya Ports Authority Legal Services Law Firms Prequalification
The Kenya Ports Authority Pension Scheme invites tenders from eligible bidders who are technically and financially capable of carrying out the under mentioned Tender:
- TENDER NO. KPAPS/LS/01/2018 PREQUALIFICATION OF LAW FIRMS FOR PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES
- TENDER SECURITY: No tender Security.
- SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 10:00 HOURS ON 9th OCTOBER 2018
Tender documents with detailed specifications and conditions are available from the office of the Pension Administrator, at the 7th Floor, Cannon Towers (Old Block), Moi Avenue, Mombasa, from Monday to Friday at 0800 – 1600 hours, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (inclusive of VAT) per tender document in the form of banker’s cheque or cash payable to Kenya Ports Authority Pension Scheme
Adequacy of qualification and responsiveness will be determined through Technical and Financial evaluation as detailed in the instructions to tenderers.

Completed tender documents must be received by the Scheme at the address below not later than 1000 HOURS ON 9th OCTOBER 2018 in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked as follows: “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 1000 HOURS ON 9th OCTOBER 2018”

Alternatively, completed tenders may be deposited in the KPA Pension Scheme Tender Box located at the Scheme Offices at Cannon Towers (Old Block), on the 7th Floor before 10:00 HOURS ON 9th OCTOBER 2018
Opening of tenders will be done publicly immediately thereafter at the KPA Pension Scheme Boardroom situated at Cannon Towers (Old Block), on the 7th Floor, and tenderers or their representatives are invited to attend.
The Kenya Ports Authority Pension Scheme reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to give reasons for its decision.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification of the tenderer.
